Helpful Information: 

  1. Parents/Guardians must set up a free account with USA Lacrosse. Players must have a current membership ($30 annually) with USA Lacrosse. The process will start when you click the registration button.
  2. Our Team Fee is $125 if registered BY DECEMBER 15, and $145 if registered after.
  3. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU PAY. This section will include a Guardian Consent, Medical Release, Code of Conduct, Refund Policy, and Photography Waiver.
